Barbara--Regarding the stock buy back. Vivus announced a while back the same sort of thing when their stock price was taking a pounding. I have seen no evidence that they have done so. I currently have no position in this stock but may short tommorrow. If I were long the wording of that 'buy back' would raise alarms for me. The wording of that post indicates the company is playing to the stock price. To me if a company feels the best place to put assets is in the stock then they should say 'will' buy back. As you have pointed out they have committed themselves to nothing with this press release. All the Best Druss
