Libre Office question:

All of my Libre spreadsheets have recently developed a common problem. When I click on a cell, the cell above it becomes active. So to change a cell I must click on the cell below it. Not sure if this is a Libre problem or a Windows 10 problem. These were all converted EXCEL spreadsheets. Changing to ODS format does not help. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
