I'm not discouraging a Dell purchase at all. But I just found this site... dealtime.com which searches over 130 computer manufacturers/suppliers including the majors. The searches I did came up with Hewlett Packard and Acer as the best deals.... by a lot I might add! In any event... I hope this helps someone!
