And finally SGI Stockholders heard from Alix Partners---hired in 2005 or maybe before to advise SGI on profitability. What a sham. Mesterharm filed Docket Item 617 on the BSI site schedule.bsillc.com In his filing----------Zenith is the 1st company mentioned that he was involved in and is so proud of the Alix Partners work. Still being called reorganization rather than getting to the truth of what these sham reorganizations are------bankruptcies that steal imo companies from the shareholders. Heck , this is verging on economic terrorism-----destroy the Investors and their interests and give to whomever, whether it be a foreign entity, offshore or onshore hedge fund. Take the dollars from Mom and Pop. Go Bankrupt and perhaps do an IPO and start the game again. This isn't the American free enterprize system that I learned about in Economics and Business------Gosh, I hope these people can sleep at night. mj
