This raises an interesting point.

If this company is small, with small sales and necessarily smaller sales of Cyrix systems, and they received complaints from their customers about Cyrix compatability problems, then it implies that the statistical occurrence of these Cyrix compatiability problems is much larger than most people realize.

This would tend to indicate that it is bigger news then even I suspected.
