David, thanks for the info. Are you aware of whether or not von Wagoner has a large position in USRX? Any thoughts on why it has not yet popped? What will trigger a pop ?

They are the premier modem maker (modems justify a low P/E), continue to grow fast (justifies a high P/E), are associated with remote access/networking (justifies a high P/E as long as growth is sustained but dangerous if growth slows).
