This is first assumption as if the US is a closed society in
a largely expanding capitalist world. Maybe there will be less
folks working (actually less workers supporting one retired
person), but the business world will flow into the next
dynamic market and unless some huge crisis, have some kind
of return comparable to the past.

oh shoot, I got to go and make a living and help support
one of you reading this.
