What reason would there be for Benhamou to "reiterate" his warning of slow sales in a quiet period preceding their sales report unless he is trying to prepare us for an even nastier than expected report on Thursday eve!! >>>> Mebee he's playing a psychological game with everybody, when he "reiterated" his warning of slow sales. Play the darn ANALysts for everything they've got. hehee.... <<<< He's obviously been misrepresenting COMS situation to USRX and lying to all since the beginning. So USRX should sue COMS + Benhamou personally and get out of this deal and get out of the 150mil penalty with the lawsuit for misrepresentation! >>>> Short Term investors that were hoping to ride USR just to find out that they are now losing big time? Beats me. They can file whatever claims they want. I say LONG TERM investment in USRX/COMS will definitely pay off. Patience.
