TSIS is a winner .Lucent contract could be worth big bucks, and the exposure will be significant.Also the fact that ITI must have a very good com system for lucent to even consider it.I dont have a chrt on the volume pick up after the news but this one looks very good to me.Does any one have level II to see what actually happened today ? I would be interested. David M.
