techxprt, My eye was drawn to this statement that you made with emphasis, so perhaps you can explain how the book value went up today. Was this a something for nothing deal?

NOTHING HAS CHANGED ABOUT THE COMPANY, EXCEPT THE FACT THAT THE BOOK VALUE WENT UP (how much, we will find out).
