Musings on 3-D printed meat and its ilk... Which markets do you target first? The low end, like beef and pork? High value stuff like salmon and bluefin tuna? Or rare stuff like rhino horn and ivory?

You don't need a fully functional animal, so maybe a low-budget Jurrasic Park project where you can develop the approximate DNA for extinct species. Anyone up for wooly mammoth steaks on the grill? Or a Luis Vuitton handbag made from T. Rex leather?
