James. Don't think you are just putting the shutdown in " best light". The completion of the move is clearly the reason. + I'm sure they will be more than open to any serious KM proposals they might receive in the interim. This, to me, has been a transitional year for AXC...'97 a year of consolidation ...'98 the beginning of very serious growth. Hope I have the patience to hang on through any price surges ( or short term declines).
