ISLI is now selling at a discount of 18-19% to MIFGY. I expected the discount to decrease as time passed by but this does not appear to be happening. Does anybody have any explanation for this? The only possible explanation that I can come up with is that the merger will not take place. I do not believe this to be the case in reality. I am looking forward to the quarterly earning report for ISLI since I believe the numbers will be quite positive.
