It sure does sound familiar. It sounds just like the gloom and doom scenarios you were predicting for just after 3Q announcements, when Iomega announced their loss.

I can't predict the future, but so far you're not exactly batting 1000.

I hope you're right about the 40 to 45 number, though. That would help a lot around the holidays.
