Artificial demand created by D.C. pollywogs does not lead to a healthy economy, only market confusion......Like now, some folks think it is natural and a right to walk away from a mortgage when the evaluation drops below the loan balance. You think the housing market will stabilize with that growing trend? The left seems to be a driving force in that fiasco.

Personally, I miss the "card laid is a card played" generation.
