This guy was a pervert from the get go. You are a male if you have male DNA which results in male parts. You are a female if you have female DNA which results in female parts. If you are a DNA male with male parts and you think you are a female then you are a pervert. You are not a hero. You are not a role model. You are a pervert and you need psychiatric help. No amount of surgery, hormone injections or anything else will change someone's DNA from a man's to a woman's (or vice versa).

As you know, for humans, sex is determined by the presence of a Y chromosome -- humans with an X and a Y chromosome are male and those with two X chromosomes are female. No technology can replace a chromosome in all of our trillions of cells.

If you think you are a woman trapped in a man's body you are wrong. You just think you are a woman. You need help because you have been perverted somewhere along the way in your life. You are no more a woman trapped in a man's body than you are a Shetland Sheep Dog trapped in a man's body. Your DNA determines what you are. You cannot change what you are by thinking about it.
