Hi J.R.! It's probably best to contact CVIA directly with most of these questions. However, I would bet that the answers to #2, 3, and 4 are not likely to be public information at this point since "the story" relates to the new entity and we don't know what that is yet. I assume that we might get some of the answers when they are able to release the name of the merger candidate and some of the details of whatever is being proposed. Of course, that's part of "speculative investing" I guess. If we had ALL the answers, there wouldn't be much speculating to it. And the stock price probably wouldn't be at .036 either.
