Hi Yeadon - Look's like VTEL bought another company. VTEL to Expand in Europe by Acquiring Leading German Videoconferencing Company biz.yahoo.com ==================================================================== No specifics on the price or terms of the deal. I hope our management did not pay a large preminum and they continue to watch their expenses. EKS
