The conversion rate is $12. Expires in 2001. The company may call the warrants if (IMO: When) the share has been traded at min. $24 for 20 consecutive days. In theory, the upper limit for the price of the warrants is $12. When I refer to my private judgement of the price balance between the shares and the warrants, it's solely on the firm assumption that the shares WILL hit $24, and that I subsequently measure the upside percentage to respectively $24 for the shares and $12 for the warrants. I do not take into consideration any uncertainty, risk premium, interest rates or anything 'sofiticated'.

However, as others have pointed out for me: There's no saying the warrants can't be prices higher than $12. That's because the share price will hardly lie on a flat $24 for 20 days. Any movement above that price will effect the warrants $ by $.
