Dutch, Ballmer would put it over the edge...that would crater the whole thing. However,in the short term, I think this will bounce back today because there are some great deals...although the market is still a hair-trigger. At a broader level...I think we will continue to see a shakeout, particularly in the tech sector and small .coms. These firms are having cash problems because they haven't been able to service their clients (don't have the scale to deliver on the hype) , and the clients aren't paying them until they do. The VC's will run out of patience and cut them loose. This is probably healthy for the overall market...but will cause disruption in the nasdaq. I still focus on firms who have solid business plans in growing markets and strong leadership teams. The folks in the houses have tremendous influence on what happens, however nothing beats a solid plan over the long term. Have a good one and good luck today. Altair19
