Jim,

Well what can I say, I guess we just have opposite views of the technology industry and its potential. I find it very hard to take anyone serious who says that "the entire tech sector is a fantasy land". The technology revolution is in its infancy in the US. In the non-US geographies it is still in the womb. The tech sector represents the greatest potential for growth for the forseeable future. Technology has and will continue to change everything about our society. As for AOL, I think you are short sighted. AOL is not experiencing any problems that many companies in new industries haven't experienced or overcome. As for their immediate need for additional funds, there are many ways companies can acquire financing. The fact is that they will buy additional hardware in the future and USRX will get revenue from these purchases. I don't see how anyone can argue differently. No one has ever said that USRX is "going to get rich" off of AOL, but they will get their fair share. I guess if you think AOL is not going to make it then you also think Prodigy, Compuserv, Netcom, etc. are also all headed down the tubes. Perhaps all on line services and internet providers will die and the internet itself will just wither away.
