Oracle Corp , Novell Inc form partnership DENVER, March 23 (Reuter) - Novell Inc and Oracle Corp will formally announce on Monday a strategic partnership that will make it easier and faster to conduct business on the Internet in a secure fashion, company officials said. "We're trying to put technologies in place so businesses can conduct business across the Internet," said Gary Bloom, senior vice president of worldwide alliances and technologies division at Oracle. Under the agreement, Novell will integrate Oracle's new Web Application Server 3.0 with Novell's IntranetWare, Web Server and Novell Directory Services.
