I would bankrupt Muslims that have money much like Obama tried to bankrupt coal if they don't change their rule-book.

Being Muslim is a big drain on national security costs including court charges. Muslims will therefore be taxed at double the national average.

All members of a terrorist family will have their possessions confiscated and all family members sold for medical research.

The above legislation would end terror incidents over-night.
