That means he doesn't have any profits. Or he loses borrowed money, which of course he defaults on the loan. He probably doesn't want to release his taxes, because he's probably leveraged to the hilt (with a large net negative worth) and would be on the verge of filing for bankruptcy. Now he's got a new cash cow, the Presidency. He's an incorrigible criminal reprobate and is the one that should be behind bars.
