From edgar, the last Q they reported stated 9.4 million shares, $573K of assets, $400K liabilities. I assume the liabilites are higher at this point since they continued operating until October. I would also assume the assets are not worth the $573K on that report. The question is will anyone pick up the technology at the firesale and what price is someone willing to pay for a FBI certified tenprinter?
