Conference Call Notes-

-Wave may be back on NASDAQ first half of 1998.
-Once OEM computer people have WaveMeter is use, then Content Providers who have expressed interest will come forward.
-Full permission given to import/export encryption.
-Will need financing in 1998.
-Wave operates like a cell phone co. Needs large up front investments, then has to basically give away the phone(WaveMeter chip) and pull off revenue from PC users.
