Sullivan's not paying attention on the Wilson stuff or being deliberately obtuse. First question, why leak the name of Wilson's wife. The most obvious answer and the one Wilson offers was to intimidate others from coming out. Remember the leaking occured when the CIA and the White House were offering different leaked versions of the Niger stuff and other wmd issues.

Second question. Which White House official is telling the Post these things. The original Post article didn't name a White House official rather a senior administration official. Since the Post article later uses a different term to refer to senior White House officials as the source of the Plame leak, it's clear that this most recent leak is not in the White House.
