Hello Frank Thanks for the article. To invest into PDG, these are important points that one must consider. It may help some people. On the other hand, when KRY was trading a $10 great information on this thread showed why KRY was a great short. I remember old Denise Taylor came on and bought at $6 saying that she has done her DD. The fact she didn't and lost. Only if she read all sides maybe she would have a new car today. "You also mentioned that San Gregorio was for sale for a long time, and that Fung set the price??.......there were six bidders on this property??" Where did I say this? Who were the other six bidders? I didn't understand how he knock off 3,000,000 for the purchase price. Again I ask, who set the price? About the Getchell Deal, I think they paid to much. About high grading, don't know too much about it. Where did you get the information? Do you have a website link? I would like to see this.
