I mean %100 rigged. Specialist and MM's cannot tamper or prevent news all news that is released but they know news before the public and they can manipulated the stock price accordingly. Don't you find it odd that most stocks that beat expectations drop the day before. BTW its SEC regulations that the Specialist and MM's know all news that could possibly affect stock prices before anyone else does.
