For those who want to see a classic "technical analysis" BUY, please go to the 1-year MACD chart on APCC (NAZ//31.125).

Use bigcharts or any other charting software you like. It shows an extremely oversold condition about to reverse course.

Not telling anyone to buy the stock, this is only to show the thread members what to look for when "bottom fishing" using TA.
