So is this more or less a first step in buying out this company? PEB didn't release along side TMC that they were doing the collaboration is this their way of keeping the stock cheap in order to buy later or after they've proven their worth? I've not followed PEB at all but with a positive cash situation and a great stock could this be a good play? This little biotec TMC has excellent technologies that would certainly be a great addition to PEB. they've also done a proof of concept for AFFX back in Jan. Who knows maybe this will do quite well in the medium term? Regards Rhys
