Apparently a 25,000 share market order hit CAMD and the market maker took it in at $2 7/8 which set off further nervous selling. Company expects a loss of $0.05 or so this quarter which was preannounced a couple of weeks ago.

Weakness in older business while new thin film products continue to win major new designs with volume steadily building. CAMD has been attempting to "cross the chasm." They are making progress but weakness in semiconductor sector is giving a headwind.

CAMD is now selling for less than book value plus accumulated tax credits. If company were sold, new technologies should make the company worth at least $10.
