Apparently the production line has been set up and tested.Testing was done at a remote site and now the line has to be disassembled and moved to the main factory.There is still some doubt about functioning at full capacity after the move.(Got this from my broker at painne webber who has regular contact with ulbi.He rates them very highly and reckons they are extremely confident about getting the line into full production.If achieve that ,says ulbi will get to $40!
