However, Tivo is doing a bad marketing job Agreed. The ad where the network TV guy got thrown out the window told the viewer absolutely nothing about what the box did. I seem to remember that when DVD first came out it didn't quite live up to its initial expectations. It took a few years for to catch on. Maybe Tivo will be like that.
