DIVA IPO I know that an IPO has been in the works for a while but the SEC has some tough hurdles you have to jump over before they will OK it. I am not in the "inner circle" anymore, and own no private Diva Stock, so I don't know the current plans in this regard. From what I have heard, financially they are still within plan. They have some very potent backers so I think they will be able to hang in there. They are showing the industry by example that VOD can be done and that the public will buy it. As we have said before, whoever helps in changing the culture towards ITV, will be good for all credible participants. BTW ... SEAC had a PR out today in regards to their offering, for those interested: biz.yahoo.com
