The Obama/Holder "Justice" Department violates this clause at will. The JD today is purely a political organ with no particular attachment to the law or justice. Holder and company have made it obvious that they can't be bothered to read laws or do any real legal work on behalf of the United States. Makes you wonder how the hell they ever got degrees - oh, I know, they got preferential treatment at the hands of guilt-ridden professors. Garbage in, garbage out. When this administration leaves office it will take years for the stench to finally lift. CF Rebel
