WE got some RAIN, but it wasn't even wet...!!!
it was like snow that melts before it hits the ground..
When I heard it raining I was so delighted I ran outside,
and stood in it, I could feel it hitting me, and stayed out in
it until it stoped..when I came back in I was surprised to find
out I was not even wet. It dried as fast as it came down !

As for the corn, It won't matter if we catch up with rain,
the damage is already done..all a lot of rain will do now is
cause the already stunted corn to rot.
