IPSU (Imperial Sugar).. approaching $3.50 This is an important resistance area. Once we crack that level, the $5-6 mark is within reach pretty soon. Also, company should qualify for a bigger board now (AMEX). LEH (Lehman) owns around 33%, Swiss Re 15%, Lucrum Partners owns 8% and Fagan Capital has been increasing its holding to more than 10% recently. Some funds have established positions (DFA notably). Firm is already 60% institutionally owned.. The recent asset sales (More than $145m in total) will enable the co. to almost entirely get rid of longterm debt. Price/Book still only 0.30 but the "quality" of the Book Value improved by a big factor with the most recent transactions.. rgrds CROSSY
