Cracker: Why do you keep bringing up this issue about me gaining greater control?

As I have already stated, if I wanted greater control, I would be proposing to do a private placement into the company, at a discount to market and for the maximum amount allowable without shareholder approval, as opposed to proposing a rights offering which allows all shareholders to participate on a pro-rata basis. There is absolutely no basis in fact for your continued allegations that, through the consolidation, I would be gaining greater control of the company. Please stick to the facts, which is what I am trying to do.

Remember, I want the same thing as all of the shareholders: to see Tracer do some positive things to increase shareholder value.

I urge the shareholders to be thoughtful, and vote with their brains. Please do not allow yourself to get caught up in emotional ranting and ravings which have no basis in fact.
