You have to go out and listen to your customers, and then you have to provide them with service and values that bring them in.>>> I don't entirely agree with Craig Barrett. Intel will be good at things that are about process (the more process the better), huge investments, big customers, and big technology (the bigger the better). Server farms and data centers are perfect businesses for Intel to get into and be successful. But, listening to customers (less than $100m /year type)and making things easier to understand? I don't think so. Mary
