Ibexx, RE: It was a general statement, referring to brokerage at the ask after a buy rec (for a Naz issue). I could've made it clearer, but the message remains the same. Here's what you said: "Doesn't surprise me a bit because this kind of kiss of death happens frequently: the big boyz talk up the stock price in order to dump. Level II will let you see more clearly." My point was that the message that you relay is incorrect. First, Level II doesn't make it clearer at all. Second, the implication that the 'big boyz' pump and dump on retail investors simply isn't true. Don't get me wrong, there are snakes all over the grass of Wall Street. But most retail investors are looking for those snakes in the wrong places, and this is one of those wrong places.
