The price war has already started.

I don't buy it. Last year Intel kept huge price premiums on the top frequency, and prices tailed off spectacularly at 50 MHz less (where K6 showed up.)

I suspect that AMD will pummel Intel in the same way with the top 3 speed grades of Athlon.
