They've done a pretty good job forecasting tops in the past: the mess of HOLDRs that came out in March 2000 related to internet Broadband Holder at April 7 top before the two April troughs Semi Holder at early May top Market 2000 Holder on September 1 at the summer rally top Wireless Holder on November 1 at the late October rally top Oil Service Holder on February 7 at the January rally second top the only exceptions have been the Regional Bank and Utilities holders
