Merrill Lynch did all the absorbing last month on option expiration day as the token 100 share feeler asks of the other MM's pealed away on a little buying activity. I think that was a +5 point day. The only way to short now IMO is over an hourly or up to two day period, as the buys to cover from the other shorters whom are buried just are too counter-productive. I feel like I'm the only shorter posting whom has made any money here in the last month and that is what I've been doing. Think about it, # of shares short compared to outstanding, it could take a full month of trading before everyone could cover. Heck I might even go long if it drops below 40 again.
