Though spring is typically down, what leads you to conclude the market will be going down? Economic data is neutral to positive and the interest rate drops will be showing their effect. I believe there will be inevitable dips, but I don't think we're ever going to see 1750 on the Naz again (barring a successful terrorist attack on a major US landmark or a revelation that there are many and major "Enron's").
