(1) they don't pay enough, (2) it's not our fault our parents did not send us to college, (3) how was I to know better, (4) I could win the lottery!, (5) my mother was a prostitute, (6) my dad left when I was 6 months old, (7) I now talk to hear myself talk, better than hearing voices in my mind. Auntie, I realize that you have had a hard life, but I think that you should take responsibility for things that you do at some point. Trying to pass everything off on your parents is really no excuse. (PS: I do believe that number 7 fits you to a tee, though.)
