Orion is hardly on their way to bankruptcy. They sold a lot of stock and have lots of cash that they are burning through. They have some very good products and have many patents. I have their lights in 4 buildings. They are very efficient.

They are a fantastic marketing company and they now must become more, a profitable company. That is not yet proven and we are watching and have some doubts .
