It seems to me, and many others, as far as I can tell, that there are several conflicts of interest involving you, and your contracts with this company, your stock positions at certain given times, and some interesting aliases on SI which were, are allegedly used by you, in manipulation of a stock, either positive, or negative, and your alleged sale, accumulation, or shorting of said shares during certain time periods, including, but not limited to August 1997 through October 1998.
You, of all people, should understand why we seek actual proof of pending litigation, and the jurisdiction in which it was filed, rather than depend on the "facts" as you put them. Of course, I am in no way saying that we don't trust what you say, or anything like that, as I'm sure everyone (well, almost) has found you to be staightforward and forthcoming in your previous statements, and, or investment reports.
