Michael, from the press releases I've seen, it appears that the group taking Seagate private for some $2 billion is also buying the company's SNDK shares. If so, they will probably sell off at least some of the shares in order to raise cash for the buyout. The drop in price of SNDK suggests that investors expect some of these 4 million or so shares to hit the market soon.
