How is it possible to get into deals that deeply without having all the pertinent facts. Beyond me. Gee Carole, I'm shocked that you would say that since you "gambled [your] bread and butter money" and suffered "a huge loss on a real estate transaction earlier [last] year". Did YOU have all the pertinent facts? Since you made the following statement in this post, I will say the same thing to you: I sure hope you didn't pay out a lot of cash to the person you have doing due diligence on your behalf. David
